Is a very good way to calm the mind and avoid overthinking
I have ha a really good meditation twice and it was amazing, but have not repeated it.
Never really tried it, hoping it will slow my brain and anxiety and help me stay in the moment

I’ve tried it a little bit, and it helps me feel more calm and relaxed. I’d like to make it more of a habit and see some long-term results
Being able to calm myself down effectively and not worry so much in bed
I’ve only practiced meditation in a more traditional context of focusing on a pure object of meditation, withdrawing the senses. I’ve never applied aspects of it to sex, and so far the tools I’ve been exposed to with Mojo have been familiar to me, except I just never applied them to sex. Overall I’m finding the journey tremendously helpful. To go the other way and immerse myself into sensory input for tuning into feelings of arousal and pleasure during hot sexual moments has been counter-intuitive to my traditional training that has treated sex as a distraction to staying with a pure meditation object like a Mantra and contemplating the Divine. Sex becomes it’s own meditation, which has been quite refreshing to me. It’s still a work in progress and a process, but I’m learning a lot and gaining confidence. Thank you!
I would like to be less judgemental towards my inner narrative, to be able to create peace within myself. And to be more in the present and in reality
