To not get fixated on thoughts in my head that aren’t factual or true and to stop believing them and getting fixated on them
Help me to put past failures in their proper perspective and push them aside. To focus on the moment and maybe control my harsh inner critic.

I’ve been meditating for a while on and off but keeping consistent I definitely noticed a calmer mind
I’m trying to get into it but always think I’m doing it wrong
I’m hopping to get a better control of my mind and my emotions, and tools to calm my mind and be able to see thoughts as just that thoughts
It takes consistent practice and effort but I have felt change with as little as 5-6 minutes of practice a day. Now to apply it to my sex life
Meditation brings me back home. Clears up thoughts and sometimes I see patterns. Reduces stress. Helps me bring kindness to myself.
Want to learn a technique for meditation I can deploy anytime, anywhere
I have tried meditation, but perhaps never did it long enough to see results. Looking forward to seeing how it might help ease my anxiety and lead to better performance in the bed.
I always have trouble just observing thoughts objetively. I’ve tried mediation but often feel like that much time without distraction makes my anxiety worse.
Better control of my mood.
Be more in the moment. Not listen to my inner critic.
Less anxiety and stress overall. Finding a way to avoid the feeling of tight chest and adrenaline that can be hard to escape.
I’m hoping for a calmer mind so I can focus on enjoy sex and not thinking about is my election going to last or dissappear.
