I feel the urge to pee when I get nervous. Like an anxiety induced flight or fight response and I get the strong urge to pee. I’ve never experienced it during sex though. Maybe kegels could help strengthen pelvic floor muscles. You may also want to go to a doctor and get your prostate checked as an enlarged prostate could affect bladder control.
