Visualizing air filling up every part of my body and relaxing helped me.
Have been doing these for a couple weeks now, really great if you suffer from hard flaccid syndrome, difficult to get the hang of at first but once you do it’s more effective than regular kegels. Pushing harder doesn’t necessarily give you a better “stretch” should be pretty relaxed movement
