Belly breathing and fart pushing
Belly breathing moving the air down with a farther motion, relaxing as if to urinate
Clenching the muscle that stops the flow of urination
Slightly tensing the abdomen at the inhalation end of a deep belly breath
Gentle sensation. Like not much is happening
Consciously releasing something pent up
Try and pull your belly button up and to the floor
Like pushing out a fart that needs a little help
Like pushing out a fart
I think I’ve been doing this wrong for years lol
When I inhale, I do have to force pressure down as if farting or going for a crap and can feel it on the Gooch
There was no voice and visual was ok
The visuals definitely helped and I realized I’ve been doing this with other exercises I’ve been engaging in, naturally.

The feeling of pushing a fart out made sense of the sensation found it hard to do while inhaling
Feels very hard to push out on the breathe in. Much easier on the breathe out
I usually pull my abs in when I take a deep breath need some practice for sure
Definitely made the most sense to act like I was pushing out a fart. When focused on that part of my body I could feel it tingle.
I felt the tingling in the area when focusing on
Breathe in to the area behind your balls to your anus, definitely easier to feel if you know what a regular kegel feels like
