Inhale and flex out, like trying to fart. Exhale and tighten, like your trying not to-kinda clenching your butt.

They belly breath helped me feel the general area where the pelvic floor is. Pushing the fart out like you’re blowing a balloon helped me focus in on that area and distinguish it from the butthole haha.
Agreed. For some reason in my head, breathing in meant my keagle muscles were lifting up but it was the opposite. The visualization helped me know what to feel for and how it looks in the body.
Lie on your side with no pants/underwear and look at your taint in a mirror. You’ll see the taint expand when you inhale deep

I have done this before without realizing it or knowing what it was called. It sounds weird, but I used this technique and imagined trying to pee in my partner’s mouth while getting head. I was able to climax because I wasn’t thinking about it directly.
