I think this technique worked well though I’ll need to try it more to make sure I don’t do it too late like this time. The no porn does help the sensations

I agree with some the grip seemed totally backwards to me. I found myself just naturally lasting longer during this. I’m not sure why. Probably some combo of training in the app and then really trying to force getting to the edge. But when i did get close I found the squeeze helpful.
Found myself pushing to get within the climax range in the last 44 sec so I could do the squeeze technique. I carried on past the 10min to regain full hardness where firmness dropped to ~80% post squeeze.
