I feel light and airy. Things seem quieter. Its nice!

Definitely felt different but good

The pace was fast and couldn’t quite relax

good feeling of lightheadedness and zen almost

A little light headed but a more alert feeling

Surprised to find myself more alert. Slightly higher heart rate

Felt calming

Nice and relaxed

Weirdly felt more awake than I was before

More alert and awake.

I like exploring breathwork, that’s honestly my favorite learning activity overall
