Awake. I was half asleep before this.

I was starting to get tingly. I think I feel more awake

A little more relaxed

A buzz in my head

Light almost floating

I feel emotional
I felt tension on my groin
I feel thankful

I feel good. I’m ready to get going. I’m really looking forward to seeing if this works!

Kinda light. Refreshed maybe. I’m gonna try it again.

I feel the same as before, maybe with repetition, I’ll notice a change

Very similar to a panic attack. I do feel more alert now though.
