This app is so predatory by design. From expecting us to pay $60+ for one quarter of use, to telling us what helps us best for us, to having so many rules it actually makes you worse before its over. Don’t despair tho, there are lots of other therapy apps and in person counselors that won’t be such pieces of shit.
