Has anyone come across valuable material that addresses eating habits that improve blood flow and eventually erections

Haven’t read much into it, but as a human bio student graduating next semester lemons, oranges, limes, berries, bananas, chicken, tuna, etc. are good for blood flow. Unfortunately these won’t give a guaranteed erection because if you’re like most on here, no matter what you take it’s mostly in your head. One thing that will help and I wish I could tell everyone this is vitamin D (no pun intended). You can research into it because there is many forms of it but all in all vitamin d is great for relieving anxiety, natural testosterone booster, blood flow, heart brain and muscle health, etc. goodluck!
