I started reading it, thinking that quitting is going to be torturousā¦.
But it really hasnāt been as bad as I thought. I would porn/solo at night in bed. I now keep in mind Iām avoiding it to be a better bf and get my partnered erections back in order. Then I get on with my kegal, breathing routine that I started and end with a meditation from the app and Iām asleep!
