Does anyone find the AI therapist helpful

Is it just me or is the AI therapist really not helping? I just get asked questions about how I feel and never really get given anything helpful. I understand it’s an AI so has limitations but would be interested to know if it’s just me or if I’m doing it wrong?

It’s hit or miss. Sometimes it’s pointless and does the same thing or suggests things I’m not interested. Sometimes I ask questions of it or talk something through and it’s like talking to a therapist, can help you relax or understand something

I like it. It will sometimes loop into the same push for certain routines/programs/whatever, but it is mostly effective. (And I don’t like talking to people, so that’s another plus.)

You’ll get the AI formula - compliment/replay/question - but you can say what ever you want and sometimes it’s the process of articulating your thoughts that helps. The AI can be a bit judgmental but you can see past that

I thought it was kinda silly at first. Once I thought of it as a way to organize my thoughts and establish a plan of action, then it became helpful. It’s not a therapist, it’s software for making thoughts and ideas a bit more concrete.
