I have this App for a while now and after 2 Months or so i really dont see any results, i still come very fast and my biggest issue is that as soon as i want to put my penis in, he gets soft right before.
Am i doing something wrong? Does anyone have experienced big results with 1 exercise a day? Does anyone have no results so far?
I acutally dont know what to do now and my gf and me are getting kinda desperate because sex isnt going as we would like to have

I would advise you to read the book coping with erection from Barry McCarthy. Chapter 7 is very useful. It has exercises to do with your partner.
What helped me was
-meditation and breathing to get out of my head, I do meditate a lot.
-visualization exercises
-inner coach to have a positive mindset, this is crucial, I you beat yourself down it wonβt work you need to accept the situation and truly believe that you will overcome it.
-moving sex from performance based to pleasure, this as been a game changer
-wax and wane( it is the most helpful I would say) to regain confidence in my ability to get it up, without porn.
-sensate exercices, rewire your brain to notice the slightest sensation in your body and genitalia.
-Stop porn!!! Stop it !!!
If you feel the pressure to have it fixed by tomorrow it wonβt work it will just increase your performance anxiety. I would suggest you to work with your partner, get help on your side from a sex therapist.
Mojo is incredibly useful, you have to put the work in, once a day is probably never enough.
There were setbacks on my journey, lots of frustration, but today I am able to have sex normally because I did what I mentioned. Keep working on it, believe that you go this !!!
