I’m realizing, you have to put the work in. Stop watching XXX, take full advantage of those pelvic floor exercises; and silence that inner critic. I’m starting to feel more like myself again. I also feel healthier sexually.

How often are you doing the pelvic floor exercises? Was hoping I’d get notifications from the app to do them, sometimes forget to do them from time to time.
I’ve made a commitment to do them when I’m driving each day to make use of my time wisely. I used to forget but it’s becoming a habit now. Just look for an opportunity in your day to do them. One good thing is you can do them anywhere and nobody knows.
