A couple of cricketers come to mind. My brother.
They live life with lightness. They persist towards their goals. They’re grounded.

My mate who has had problems getting erections but never let it stop him from putting himself in situations with new girls or new situations with the same girls. He just took it on the chin and spoke openly
Anyone who is able to find Joy the struggle of life
I have always struggled to find male role models. I think I have had to form alot of that in pieces on my own. What I have built and admire in myself is my ability to learn, my constant openness to what I really want or what I’m really after, becoming more emotionally vulnerable and open, admitting there are things I would like to change about myself and doing them. Also a big part of this is accepting myself where I’m at on that journey, that I am worthy of love faults and all
I respect my father and how he stayed commited too my mother and took care of all of us
Mr. Rogers always showed confidence, kindness and empathy without seeming weak.
I don’t really model my life after anybody, I admire NBA players and football players, well, soccer
All of my role male role models are pursuing their own path, and living authentically by their own rules.
Lately, Ryan Reynolds, he owns his sexuality, and is open about being pansexual while maintaining a healthy primary relationship.
Not being focused, if an erection is lost and just trying again after 20 minutes. Not overly worried with anything just following his own desires and needs and thus making women crave more. It’s the ultimate pleasure to do perverted stuff and watching her being aroused like crazy
I have a couple of great friends who embody great values. One runs a successful business but makes time for his family. Always has great advice. The other has been through bad illness but still manages to be positive
Defo Arnold Schwarzenegger, he had goals from early in his live and achieved everything he set out to do. Tom Cruise is another - very brave man and an incredible actor. Back in the day Peter Sellers, now Dave Grohl - he is a strong guy. Bruce Dickinson - incredible singer, pilot, fencer
My coach in high school. He was so strong and skilled but so nice and a father figure to anyone who needed it. Genuinely a nice person who could have easily been a dick but wasn’t and listened.
Jas Billian owns his sexuality/masculinity in a very direct and respectful way to women and this is my style and what I’ve been working towards. Especially since my ex made me feel bad about my sexuality and love for it. I’ve had to see how not sexually compatible we were and realize that there are a lot of women out there that will match my energy and appreciate that side of myself. So I’ve been a lot more open about it
This was a surprisingly difficult thought process. I think the most authentic man I know is my friend David. He is so unapologetically himself, it sometimes can detract from people liking him. But he will never apologize for it. He is still such a good person. Just follows his own rules to being himself, instead of what people expect him to be.
Mono - free and easy, having so much fun with life. I’mauprised I don’t have more role models
My uncle . He’s successfully, intelligent, leads his family
My dad’s resilience and independence, as well as his care for others and kind-heartedness
My brother in law. He remains calm in most situations and is authentic to himself. Selfless and asks about others more than talking about himself
Vito Coppola on Strictly Come Dancing - he’s got amazing “golden retriever” energy, very huggable and positive. Always bringing love and joy into everything he does. And he also knows how to be a leading man with intesity, cojones, passion and strength. He has the perfect balance of warmth and competence.
