When do people tend to use the box breath technique and how often?

I’ve done it during intercourse and it helps me slow things down when i start getting too excited.
If I’m feeling stressed I’ll just meditate and use box breath before I see mg partner. And if we’ve gone out and we’re just coming back then I tell my partner that I just want to cuddle for a bit and I use that time to really settle / calm down
The box breath method is actually something I do in the morning to edge with my morning wood (TMI) ; lowkey man it’s worth try if you feel like you have the rhythm down.
