Difficulty getting hard first 2 times and by the third time I realized that I was doing it for the sake of getting hard and that was dictating how I touched myself and wasn’t very effective. By the third time I thought there’s no way I can get hard 3 times in a row but might as well just explore what stimulates me for the sake of running the rest of the timer and it was quickest and hardest erection. Essentially approached it as I’m just gonna entertain myself

Wow, what a waste of time. The whole point of taking this program is because I have erection issues. So what does it get you to do?A stupid waxing and waning exercise where they expect you to get an erection and then let it wane and go flaccid, when you can’t even get an erection in the first place.

Loved this exercise, it was helpful to view from a lens of curiosity allowing myself to get hard and soft without judgement. I was able to go soft to hard 4 times within 10 minutes and I will definitely be implementing this exercise into my routine

I really appreciated this exercise. It was a great reminder that, when I’m relaxed and not putting any pressure on myself, regaining an erection is no big deal.

Was struggling a bit at first but then I implied the techniques I learned and relaxed myself. I thought about my first sexual encounter with my gf and it worked so well

Loved it, at first I was a bit awkward but after the first erections and watching it go soft and then hard again I knew i could do this and started to feel more comfortable with my dick going soft

I think for most people on this site their ED is more mental than physical. Def true for me although I am an older so there is a physical aspect too. If I were you I’d try this after taking cialis or viagra.

Interesting. Gives you a different perspective on what you can do and what you can control.

Found it a bit challenging and didn’t feel I got fully hard. Didn’t have much energy so struggled after the second time.

Used fantasy/memory and managed to t hard and lose it the three times. It felt a bit odd. Mainly as I wasn’t particularly horny to begin with. But while I wasn’texactly rock solid, I was able to get hard again each time. I also noticed I was focusing on particular details in my fantasies and some of those seemed more triggering than others.
