What counts as porn?

Perhaps I am overthinking this, but I was curious as to how other users interpret ‘porn’ when it comes to being on Mojo’s course?

The most obvious/literal meaning is ‘hardcore images/videos of people having sex or naked’, and I understand that creating a pattern of porn use and masturbation will affect erections.

But when Mojo instructions say “avoid porn”, could this also be referring to say, hot models on instagram, or googling arousing but not strictly pornographic images online?

I guess what I’m trying to say is, while taking the Mojo course, I am unsure what is the healthiest way to masturbate in the meantime? Should I strive towards entirely mental, rather than visual stimulation? Should I keep the images I look at PG-13? I’m not sure what’s helpful and unhelpful, outside of a porn habit being obviously unhelpful.

hmm I’m also not totally sure about the whole avoid porn thing… my problems were getting me down so much in recent weeks that I felt totally unsexual. So watching some porn again yesterday totally helped me get my mojo back a bit - and last night my GF and I had an incredible 69 experience, first kind of sexual thing in a while… and I think watching some porn played its part

I’d also be interested in what others (and Mojo) consider to be porn as opposed erotic images or stories or other stimulating photos in catalogues and websites advertising lingerie, for example. I try not to get too caught up in these but if getting hard doesn’t happen naturally without extra input it’s not easy to stay away from.
