Stick with it, results will come

I’m in my early 20s, been off and on with some performance anxiety the last 6 months, especially after splitting with my long term partner. Had a great night last night going a few rounds with a girl I’m currently seeing. Definitely noticed how much more relaxed I am was going into sex this time. Stick with the exercises and meditation gents! Was pretty disheartened for a while but it does get better.

I’m happy to hear it’s working for you. I just got out of a 10 year relationship and I’m having trouble staying erect with a new partner which is beyond embarrassing

Just focus on what gets you hard , pleasure her without sex and get confident being hard without sex.
