Anyone have any experience of coping with the effect of SSRI antidepressants, both coming off and going on them?
I’ve had difficulties that have affected my confidence and created some ED both coming off and going on the medication
I have had this experience coming on to them…got better and now for some reasons having a few issues with things 18 months in…looking to taper off them now (citalopram) and lets see how things go.
I’m on anti depressants and am trying to come off as they affect my ED . It’s not easy but I’m desperate to come off thrm after 8 years
