Sleeping with friend

So I’m repeatedly sleeping with a close friend and had no problem going all night. But now i sometimes struggle to get it up . How do I keep things alive

15-30 minutes then climax. Cuddle and more floor play then back into it, but now i can’t get it back up when I want to go for another round
