Question for seasoned members here

Does this program change over time at all? It’s like every other day is either sensate awareness, pelvic floor work out and stop start method. Does this program evolve?

I have finished the first part of the program and last couple of days I have been getting prompts for both revisions of past sessions as well as new content. The progress tracker has also changed from 100 and dropped back to 70 now that I have new content to cover.

I think I just started week 3 and the content has shifted significantly. Less physical and significantly more mental. Mindfulness, more inner critic work, etc.

Also, start listening to the podcasts. They are awesome.
