Progress has begun

Just completed my first 7 day streak on the app. Still feel like there’s a long way to go, feel like most of it is getting out of my own head and dealing with negative thoughts better, but starting to feel like I have a fighting chance if I keep going

Good job! This is exactly right. Managing negative thoughts and being able to stay centered when the anxiety kicks in. It always sounds tough but with a little practice and positivity it can go a long way!
