I’ve been using the app since April and completed most of the stages so far and can happily say I’m in a lot better place than ealier this year and it’s all thanks to this app.
That being said, I still don’t jump on my wife at any opportunity I have. I can sometimes see her feeling a little frisky and it still ponders in the back of my head, the nerves.
I’ve come back to the app after a month or so (with some hesitation) to keep working on my journey which I realise is not a quick fix. I guess I did relate the app to those bad times and mean thoughts I had towards myself. I’m glad I’m back and can grow even more. Hope we All can together.

Great you have decided to come back and have another look at things. Well done for making changes. it sounds as though it might be some relationship stuff? It will be important for you both to communicate your needs. Perhaps set sometime aside for this. In relationships we need to invest some time, it is difficult to keep the ‘jumping on’ going but your intimacy can grow, you can plan times to spend time together - taking away the need for ‘jumping’ and getting back into your head. Have some sensate time. Good luck : )
