When should you reduce the porn, I’ve been using it to practice edging as well but since you’ve actually done it what would be your advice

Make it like a game, challenge yourself to do 14 days. When you start to feel withdrawals and want to watch it then you can see that you need to continue. Reward yourself for it, but i recommend not touching yourself at all during that time and AVOID social media’s because they’re an outlet to it. I’m about 100 days without porn and life only goes up. I believe in you!
