Struggling off and on for about a year. Outta nowhere after 7 years of marriage… Thought I beat it 2 months ago, sprang up outta nowhere again. Tonight, the 1st 3 minutes were great everything went IMMEDIATELY up and worked as expected… Then I started overthinking…and you can guess how it turned out . Wife was way more understanding then the other times but How do I get the mindset that this was progress instead of self loathing?
It’s progress, you’re always going to have set backs but stick with the programme, you need to get out of your head, meditation has been a game changer for me
