If you’ve tried meditation, how did it help?

To get out of my head and enjoy the moment

Focus on the now and calm the thoughts that are racing

I’ve tried it before along side yoga and find it really helps relax me and focus my mind. I’ve not used used it in relation to sex so I’m interested to see how it works and if it’ll help.

I’ve never tried it before. I have moderate ADD and find it hard to focus on a lot of things. Being able to clarify my own thoughts would be really helpful

I used to use mediation more often, before getting into combat sport scenarios. Like competitive martial arts. However I haven’t utilized it actively in years, Probably since COVID.

Results

I have never tried meditation, but I am eager to start and see if it will change my mind

Hoping it can allow me to calm my mind inorder to experience less stress, anxiety, and negative emotions

Hope that I can quieten down the loud voices I hear coming from all directions all day weather that’s work, sex life, worries stress whatever

I will definitely try to control my negative thoughts. One saying that has always been with me is, “The good will always take care of itself.” That has always been my problem.
