I’m a week in. And I feel slightly better. But my inner critic keeps telling me this won’t work. How long until people started feeling comfortable with their performance?

I’m two weeks in and after three unsuccessful attempts, I was starting to doubt my decision to pay for the app, but last night was the best sex I’ve had all year, and I know I owe it to what I’ve learned so far. Keep going!

I started about 6 months ago. I had some early on successes but became lax. I’ve had some very disappointing moments recently and am back on and really motivated. My inner critic also tells me it won’t work but I tell it to shut up.
