One of the best ways to grow this is to actually try to stop peeing and hold your stream for 10 seconds. You will notice that the second time you try your muscles be a bit more tired and you won’t be able to hold for 10 seconds. Flexing these muscles is what you are looking for
Not too difficult. Holding in a fart or stopping a pee is about the best description to make it clear how to do it.
Almost like trying to suck in a fart
