How do you feel after meditation?

At peace. This is something I need to do regularly.

Relaxed

Good exercise. Can sense how this would be applied in a practical way.

Helpful. Slowing down breathing and being mindful of it is somewhat relaxing.

Not sure that this meditation suits all situations, but I can see it being useful
