Hard to stop mind wondering but will keep practicing

I had a hard time the first time but I hope it gets better. It was a stressful day this morning at work and knew so I was kept going to that in my mind, but I will try again later today.

I really needed that. I was wound up from they day and this helped a lot to calm down
Big fan of meditation to deal with stress in my everyday life but I’ve fallen out of it the past couple years so it’s good to get back into it.
I have a big issue with spectatoring even in my day to day life. This feels helpful to stay present not just during intimate moments but work as well
The guide to breathing really helps to calm things down
The ‘here’ and ‘now’ anchor words are really useful to drag my attention back to the breath, and felt like a little win every time I managed to do so

Meditation definitely expunges the fight or flight response and makes everything more relaxed and more present, which I think for me is important
