Feeling slightly dizzy as I come out of the breath work. But as the dizziness wears off, I am finding my vision is sharper. I feel primed to focus and direct my energy into some activity.

It felt so nice, relaxed, and energized but calm inside my head - I cried because I start to understand that I can calm this voice and make progress.

Tough to adjust at first but I feel almost a tiny endorphin rush. Like a way lighter version of a good workout.

The tingling was quite intense and at the end you feel like an adrenaline rush of sort
