I have observed for some time that I seem to have seemingly irregular fluctuations in my erection quality on a time scale of a few days or longer. I am not sure if that’s psychological or physiological. Probably a combined feedback mechanism or something?
These fluctuations seem to happen regardless of whether I am with a partner or alone.
It is kind of hard to deal with the phases of bad erections, especially since I don’t know if it is a mindset problem that I can sort of influence or just a some hormonal fluctuation that I can not do much about.
