My wife gave birth to our beautiful baby in December and we haven’t had sex for months
I’ve always struggled with PE and the anxiety leads me to sometimes struggle to get/stay hard. We’re hoping to have time for sex on Friday. No idea how it will go so wish me luck

You don’t need luck, your wife married you for you, not because of sex. Try not to stress, do some box breath.

Have you talked to her about it. You’re together through it all and you’re a team. So if you’re both communicating she may even stop you in your tracks and help to calm you down. Also don’t plan for sex just plan to spend time together. If it happens it happens because it felt right. Planned fun always adds pressure.
