Does anyone here have experience of managing their diabetes to help with ED? I’ve had Type 2 diabetes for 10 years, and I manage it with meds (Gliclazide, Metformin, Empagliflozin), and try to exercise and eat healthy. For about the past years, erectile dysfunction has become a problem. I’m currently 49 and single, but would love to be in a relationship and maybe have a kid or two. I’m trying to stay positive, exercise more, and eat healthily to encourage blood flow. Just wondering does anyone here have experience of managing their diabetes to improve their ED problems? Care to share?
