Ed possibly from anxiety or pelvic floor dysfunction

I was doing anal play, tried to insert something that didn’t fit. Long story short I had some pain in my pelvic floor the following days. I had ED the next time I was with my partner. I started exercising, eating healthy and it slowly came back over a period of a month. Everything was good until me and my partner had a conversation which made me feel inadequate in the bedroom. It came back immediately and took a few weeks to clear up again. I was doing great then again we had talked about something else that killed my confidence. It started back immediately that night. That was about a week ago. I’m hoping to get back to where I was again. I have a Cealis prescription that helps when I’m dealing with this. I also have a doctors appointment scheduled and I’m not too excited to have to talk about all this. Thanks for listening. If anyone else has gone through this please chime in.

What is your partner saying to you that’s making you lose confidence,

She had not told me that she can squirt with a partner because it hasn’t happened with me yet. She didn’t want to hurt my feelings

Was it a dildo or something sharp?
How hard did you try???

Be honest with her.
Ask her how you can get her to squirt, if that’s enjoyable for her….
I’m willing to bet she didn’t want to insult or embarrass you by giving instructions….
