Do Kegels clench your anus?

I think I’m fairly good with kegels and am working on reverse kegels because of this app. But do kegels cause your butthple to clench? They do for me and I’m wondering if that’s expected or I’m doing them wrong.

I was literally just wondering about this myself. I can definitely feel that there are 2 different muscles and can isolate which one I flex. But I don’t know which is which and/or correct. One of my only critiques of this app so far is that I haven’t learned anything about this yet.

The pelvic floor spans from your prostate (closer to your balls) to your rectum (closer to your anus). Kegels make all the above clench, so you’re not doing anything wrong, and you could choose place your focus on which ever area you desire. I personally focus attention on the prostate area primarily.

There are a lot more level exercises to do and more information out there. At least you are aware of it and know what to look for.
