Can anyone recommend a training programme (routine of meditations, Kegels or anything) that has worked for them and improved their ED? Just want to have a structure to my approach
First of all, I would ask if you can get hard while doing solo. If yes, congrats, and it is likely a psychological issue. If not, stop reading and go see a doctor.
Next, and bear with me here, what I say may sound weird. I would suggest you do the bare minimum for the start. You are already enough. You don’t need more structure, you don’t need a new programme. You are already enough, right now as you are.
To me, I think erection is a bit like sleep. The more you think about it, the more elusive it is. So just log in the app, do the minimum, and get on with the rest of your life.
Try this for a while, maybe get a 90 day mojo streak or something before you assess whether you need more meditation or what not. Because sometimes, I think, less is more.
Obviously I may be wrong and I haven’t fully solve my own issue. But this is my approach and I think things are improving for me.

I agree with this. Everytime I wake up with morning wood or masturbate I realise again my issue is totally psychological. In some ways I do need help with this and it’s handy learning about different techniques to get over this, but on the other hand constantly obsessing over it every day means it’s just on my mind more, sometimes to the point where even when I’m masturbating I can’t get fully hard because I’m thinking about it so much
