Hi, I’m a 52-year-old gay man in the US. (I don’t think that’s the typical user here.) I just came out of a long-term same-sex marriage and am returning to the world of dating and sex for the first time in years. It’s exciting but I’m finding that I’m having problems that I didn’t use to have, especially with erections and ejaculation and it is causing me some distress. I have no problems at all when I’m alone so, even though I’m middle aged, I’m sure my problem is not physiological. I just get way up in my head when I’m having sex with another guy and I can’t seem to shut it off.
