When to call it?

Hey all, tomorrow I’ll have been here for 30 days. So far, the tools from this app have really helped me control my anxiety. Today I was mindful in my masturbation and feely really relaxed and had great sensations on my body.

However despite really being in the moment my penis had no change. I was soft almost the entire time, and when I did get erect, I came under a minute despite the tactics and exercises I’ve learned here. Immediately after, my excitement and pleasure with the erection gave way to the same feeling of defeat. I have noticed no change physiologically.

I understand this will take time, but at what point do I call it as a physical problem I can’t change on my own? I’m currently on a cocktail that is difficult to balance with new drugs. I’ve been trying to find alternate solutions first, but I’m really not sure if it’s possible.

I’d give it more time. 6 weeks is needed for nerves to fire more efficient signals, 8 weeks for muscle to begin to grow. You’re seeing progress, but I bet you see more if you give yourself more time
