Great relaxing technique
This one really helped me relax
hard to keep counting.
Was falling asleep trying to do it
Did nod off. But trying to keep to the rep, found brain wander might go
Starting to dose little at the end
Too much time between inhales, couldn’t get enough oxygen in to last until the next in breath
These breathing technique really seem to work well on me.
Felt calmer, rested

It takes a moment for me to get a rhythm for it if I’m being honest. But settled down eventually.

Feels great now but not sure how it’ll help the moment before sex
First time trying it for 10 minutes. Did begin to notice a little ache in my shoulders, but otherwise maintained focused. Feeling incredibly relaxed. Good practice. Although I am wondering how it’s used in relation to sex…
