The hold on the triangle breath audio is longer than 5 seconds by quite a bit. My brain finds the lack of rhythm unsettling.

Definitely felt more relaxed, less tight in my chest after the triangle breathing.

Nah. Yet again it didn’t seem to work. None of these breath techniques do. HR 80 at the start, HR 79 at the end. :man_shrugging:t2:
