I’ve been finding it difficult to come on here daily, I don’t think it matters too much if you miss a few days here and there
It’s obviously in their interest to have you keep coming back every day, but as long as you’re doing enough to feel like you’re making progress I wouldn’t worry
Decide on a time and place to sit down with the app. I do it every morning in my kitchen after eating breakfast, and for the sessions that require privacy, I sit on the couch immediately after finishing putting laundry away at night.
If you don’t have a concrete time and place, it’s tough to make it a habit, and you’ll find it difficult to keep coming back here.
I find it also helps to have some kind of reward after finishing. Like for me I play video games or have a nice, hot cup of coffee immediately after finishing a session. If you keep up the habit, your brain will naturally start to crave the sessions because it knows it’ll be rewarded when you finish. I actually did this for washing the dishes. Because I started watching Netflix while washing the dishes, I look forward to washing the dishes because I know I get to watch Netflix. Now whenever I see my sink with something in it, I have a natural urge to clean until the sink is empty, even without the Netflix, and my wife is extremely happy (BONUS)!
To summarize:
At the very least numbers 1 and 2 can be decided no matter the situation.
