Brought some shilijit after being exposed to it on tiktok been taking it a few days while working out and being on a semi good diet anyone experience any good results overtime on it? Need help been inconsistent on mojo but trying to get back to the stud I was
I tried red ginsing, tribulus, tongkat Ali, they all kind of work. Best I found was d aspartic amino acid. All of them you need to work out with cardio ideal 1 hour cardio if possible
I’ve been using shilajit for 5 months. I’ve had months using resin and months with capsules. It’s just a supplement. ie to supplement everything thing else your doing. Lifting weights. Drinking at a minimum a gallon of water a day. Getting the cardio in. It will boost testosterone but it’s no magic pill. Go put the work in while taking shilajit. You won’t regret it
