Real Progress/overthinking

Most of not all of the exercises here basically boil down to one thing…just dont think about it. For those of you that have made real, tangible progress (like permanently curing ED) what was the exercise that helped the most?

Its hard to say, but I think the meditation, as well as the inner critic and reframing negative thoughts helped a lot. Being able to notice overthinking/negative thoughts and refocusing on things like breath or touch and turning around to a positive mindset is immensely useful.
