If you’re pretty sure it’s in your head rather than your body. Psychological over physical then would highly recommend attention training technique - part of meta cognitive training (just find on YouTube). Twice a day for a few weeks, the point is to learn how to switch your attention quickly. Eg from panic over erection back to enjoying the naked person you’re with. Enough practice you’ll have your mojo back in no time. It worked for me. All the best chaps.
