Not sure mojo is for me?

I have been on the app now for about 3-4 months, unfortunately none of my issues seem to resolved or even slightly improved. I’m gutted as had really high hopes when trying mojo after reading so many success stories. I don’t know what else I could done differently or what else I can do to try and sort my issues. Has anyone else struggled with no success?

If it’s been going on for years, don’t expect quick progress from an app. I did the physical check-up, nothing wrong physically, so I had to accept it’s mental and that this is a slow grind. What helped me was consistency and being honest about tiny wins instead of only measuring “perfect sex.” If you’re doing the exercises properly and still feel stuck, it might just mean you need more time. And if after a solid, consistent stretch there’s genuinely no change, then I’d look into one-on-one therapy, the app can only take you so far.

I have tried hypnotherapy before as I read good things about it, but it didn’t work. My issue has been going on for a few years now, but it’s frustrating because sometimes when my wife and I try to have everything works fine, but I can’t seem to make me remember those times, it’s always the times when it hasn’t worked that stick in my memory. It’s just frustrating, disappointing and mentally draining constantly thinking about it, as a lot of the day I spend thinking about having sex with my wife, but then when the time evening comes, we don’t do anything, although part of that is done to always being tired and also a bad routine with the kids bedtime. Just feel stuck in a rut and can’t seem to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Sorry for going on and posting an essay
