Massive WIN after day of ANXIETY

Couple days ago I had a massive win and I thought I’d just share. I’m currently 24 days into this program and when I tell you that these exercises helped me a ton, they really do.

My girlfriend came back from a work trip after being gone for a bit over 3 weeks and going into hanging out with her, I knew that she’d be wanting to have sex. This gave me anxiety as I started this program while she was away on her work trip so I hadn’t really gone and tested all the practices I’ve been doing. But I stuck to the exercises and VOILA it worked. I slept over for 2 days and it was 2 days of fun. I noticed big improvements in how I dealt with the crushing anxiety that had always been hanging over me the past couple of times. I struggled to get it up and keep it up previously and I was always in my head about it happening again almost to a point where I tried to avoid sex at times. This time however, I set myself up for success and here’s what I did to help me and maybe it could help you too.

The morning of I did the meditation called pre sex nerves. It’s great to get you out of your thought loop and overall anxiety. I also practiced box breath throughout the day at times when I felt the anxiety was coming back. Now during the actual deed, I really focused on the teachings of directed masturbation. Focus on your senses, for me I focused in on touch which can be really helpful if you close your eyes while doing this. My girlfriend stimulated me while I was doing this so as soon as I focused in on the good feeling, my erection started growing and growing. Now the cheat code. DO YOUR KEGELS. The boost it gave my erection is insane. I’ve been doing them religiously 3 times a day and they really help with how strong your erections get. Also as for cumming early, the more you worry about it the more likely it will happen, so just enjoy your time and if you feel like you’re about to climax, just stop all activities and continue when you’re not as aroused.

Where do I find the lessons on directed Masturbation and Kegels

It should be on the resources page but for kegels, in addition to the one in the app I also do ones on another app to get in some extra reps. It’s a lot like going to the gym. Hope this helps
