This morning was a big win and proof of how much mindfulness can help stay in the moment.
This morning my gf and I went to have sex. I stayed up for a bit but then got in my head and just ended up going down on her.
Afterwards we decided to meditate together. I led her in a little body scan meditation mixed with a few things I learned from other meditation practices I’ve explored. We both came out so relaxed.
So relaxed… that my body just went into action and we ended up making love again. I was a little in my head, but my body and arousal took over. It was awesome. Long story short, we were both a little late to work.
